My advocacy’s goal is to promote a clean and green environment. It is our responsibility to maintain our surroundings clean in order to live a healthy lifestyle. Only a small percentage of people make an effort to keep the environment clean. Waste pollutes the land, water, and air, hence appropriate waste management is critical to reducing pollution. We can only keep a green atmosphere by planting trees and plants to beautify our surroundings. We have a moral responsibility to participate to a clean environment because we live in society and are a part of the ecosystem.

              Even though there are garbage containers nearby, there are players and spectators who have left their trash all over the place. My main problem was the untidy waste management on the basketball field, which was quite distracting and unpleasant to behold. Seeing this kind of circumstance worries me since our environment is steadily dying, and humans are doing nothing about it, even though they are aware that these events are harming our planet. We need to change the way we handle our waste, including how to properly segregate it and dispose of it.

              Waste disposal that is done correctly helps to improve air and water quality while also reducing greenhouse gas emissions. It helps in the decrease of resource extraction as well as pollution and energy consumption connected with the production of new materials. Also, to maintain a clean and healthy atmosphere in order to protect ourselves from biohazards. If this advocacy will be successful it could help us all prevent air and land pollution, which can lead to respiratory, skin, and cardiovascular diseases, as well as water pollution, which would inevitably destroy coral reefs and sea species.
